Located in close proximity to the river and Nedlands Tennis Club, we constructed two double storey homes via a subdivision of the original property. An attractive and efficient design in a sought after location provided a strong yield on this project.

KENSINGTON

A beautfiul traditonal californian bungalow given a modern larger living space and a usable front and rear entertaining area. We removed walls, shifted the kitchen and added a more functional outdoor meals area.

MOSMAN PARK

A grand home in a stones throw location from the Ocean, we utilised these attributes and performed a makeover of grand proportions. A contemporary Hamptons theme was applied and the results are exceptional.
